Excellent working environment **Job Description:** We are looking for a Budget Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, budget preparation, project drawing analysis, and technical supervision of construction projects, ensuring cost accuracy and proper preparation of commercial proposals. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in construction quantity surveying and budget estimation; * Solid knowledge of civil construction and site supervision; * Ability to interpret technical drawings; * Proficiency in standard computer applications from an end-user perspective; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; * Valid driver's license (preferred). **Key Responsibilities:** * Conducting site surveys and quantity take-offs; * Preparing and analyzing budgets; * Consulting and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors; * Preparing commercial proposals; * Providing technical support and supervising construction projects; * Monitoring costs and analyzing variances. **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience; * Continuous training and professional development; * Excellent working environment. **Applications:** Please send your CV to geral@agrconstrucoes.pt or contact 918042187 for further information.
