Job Summary: We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide personal hygiene care, accompany residents in their daily living activities, and support the recovery of senior residents. Working with the senior population The Senior Residence \- Primavida , located in Amor, municipality of Leiria, is currently recruiting a Healthcare Assistant (Direct Action). Responsibilities: \- Providing personal hygiene care to residents \- Assisting residents with daily living activities \- Supporting recreational activities \- Actively accompanying residents' recovery processes (e.g., walking plans, stimulation activities) \- Performing other duties inherent to the role Schedule: Day and night shifts \- 8 hours/day (rotating) Required Profile: \- Interest, sensitivity, and enthusiasm for working with the senior population \- Adaptability \- Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate \- Basic computer literacy \- Immediate availability \- Personal transportation \- Prior experience in this role We Offer: Integration into a young and dynamic team; Initial and ongoing training Competitive remuneration aligned with responsibilities performed Meal allowance Interested candidates may send their CV to the following email: amor@primavida.org or deliver it in person at our facilities.
