Challenging and constantly evolving work environment **Job Responsibilities** We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team and contribute to delivering an excellent experience for our customers. Main responsibilities: * Serve customers and operate the cash register, processing payments and accurately recording orders. * Prepare and organize trays and orders for customer pickup at the counter in a self-service restaurant concept. * Prepare, verify, and deliver orders from delivery platforms, ensuring proper packaging, organization, and timely delivery. * Coordinate order flow between the restaurant, customers, and delivery platform couriers. * Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service both in-person and in supporting delivery operations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, dining room, and service zones. * Ensure the restaurant’s good appearance by keeping the space clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the shift. * Collaborate with the team on other operational tasks necessary for smooth restaurant operations. Required Profile: * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for public interaction. * Sense of responsibility and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. * Proactivity and willingness to perform various functions. * Experience in food service, customer service, or delivery order management is preferred but not required.
