Description of Main Activities / Tasks * Support new partner onboarding and enablement through outbound and inbound calls, chats, and virtual meetings (phone / online). * Proactively send emails to build meaningful relationships with existing and new partners by identifying their needs and handling objections to support their business growth. * Provide business development support by assisting the local sales team with administrative tasks and back\-office processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure partner satisfaction. * Handle partners in transition to litigation, granting revenue business protection in line with internal procedures. * Maintain and update activity reports to track progress and follow\-up stages throughout each partner’s journey. * Participate in regular team meetings with internal stakeholders. * Provide regular feedback and updates to managers on progress and challenges.
