Opportunity for professional development #### **About the Quality Manager Role** A growing and expanding metalworking company seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a Quality Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and EN 1090 standards * Monitor production on-site to guarantee quality requirements * Perform visual and dimensional inspections on welded parts and assemblies * Identify, record, and track non-conformities * Manage customer complaints and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions * Verify welding processes and technical requirements (technical drawing interpretation) * Collaborate with production and engineering teams * Promote continuous improvement of production processes ### **Requirements** **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field (preferred) * Minimum 2 years of industrial experience, preferably in metalworking * Knowledge of welding processes and associated symbols * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings * Knowledge of dimensional control and measuring instruments * Familiarity with quality tools (5S, 8D, FMEA) * Good command of English (mandatory) and French (preferred) * Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) * Dynamic, rigorous profile with strong sense of responsibility and orientation toward continuous improvement * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Residence in the Esposende area or nearby (preferred) ### **Benefits** **Offered:** * Integration into a solid and growing company * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Opportunity for professional development
