Implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions Tesco \- Automotive Components, LDA, headquartered in Ribeirão, Vila Nova de Famalicão, is seeking a new IT Technician (M/F): Responsibilities: * Management and maintenance of computer systems and technological infrastructure; * Administration of communication networks and server systems; * Diagnosis and resolution of issues in a Helpdesk environment, ensuring appropriate user support; * Implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity solutions to protect systems and data; * Technical support for software and hardware updates; * Preventive and corrective maintenance of servers and IT devices; * Ensuring business service continuity and system security. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science or related field; * Experience in microcomputing, communication networks, and information security; * Knowledge of server maintenance and technical support (Helpdesk); * Ability to autonomously and effectively solve problems; * Knowledge of operating systems, network management tools, and security protocols; * Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential for reading technical documentation and communicating with international teams.
