Ensure cybersecurity and data protection **Mission** Implement the company's technological strategy, ensuring security, availability, and evolution of information systems, aligning technology with Campicarn's business objectives. **Main Responsibilities and Activities** Define and implement the IT strategy Manage digital transformation projects Implement and consolidate ERP and MES systems Restructure Office tools Manage the Information Systems team: internal staff and external partners Ensure cybersecurity and data protection Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems Ensure compliance with current legislation and data and network security requirements Ensure operational continuity of systems Support management in technological decision-making Negotiate contracts with technology partners and suppliers Continuously improve information systems and implementation of solutions Prepare and control the IT budget **Required Profile** Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Management, or a related field Experience Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Information Systems Experience managing infrastructure and technological projects Hands-on profile with knowledge of company operations and end users **Technical Skills** Solid expertise in network management, Windows Server infrastructure, databases, and information security Practical experience managing ERP, MES, and Office tools Windows Server infrastructure Backup management and business continuity Prior experience in an industrial company and with SAGE X3 software is highly valued **Personal Skills** Team leadership and ability to implement new solutions Planning and organizational skills Results-oriented mindset Strong communication skills Decision-making ability Send CV to: **recrutamento@campicarn.pt** Compensation: €1,200.00 \- €2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
