Are you?** **What You’ll Do:** * Work on solutions where the **backend communicates with the physical world — not just browsers**, handling real-world machine and process states. * Develop and maintain **backend systems** for industrial process automation and monitoring in production environments. * Design and evolve services responsible for **integrating data between physical equipment, operators, and enterprise systems.** * Work with **IoT-oriented architectures**, including asynchronous and real-time communication with industrial devices. * Implement and maintain **MQTT-based integrations** for sensor and equipment data collection, distribution, and processing. * Ensure security, reliability, and fault tolerance **in systems directly impacting the operation of real machines and processes.** * Analyze and improve existing solutions, focusing on efficiency, robustness, and scalability. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams on **R&D projects**, transforming complex technical requirements into solid software solutions. * **Actively participate in technical decisions** and continuous improvement of the backend architecture. **Who You Are:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field (mandatory). * Minimum 5 years of backend development experience (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of Node.js and SQL databases. * Experience with MQTT or other asynchronous communication models is a plus. * Experience with Git/GitHub and version control. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. * Knowledge of React (for better collaboration with frontend) is an advantage. * Ability to work autonomously, with strong responsibility and time-management skills. * Good communication and teamwork skills, with ease collaborating across different departments. **What You Can Expect From Us:** * A career path offering opportunities for personal and professional growth * A great working environment with a team deeply knowledgeable about technology * An inclusive company experiencing rapid growth * A competitive salary aligned with your experience level * Birth bonus upon the arrival of a child * Profit-sharing program * Group José Pimenta Marques discounts and other benefits If you identify with us and believe you match the profile described above, please submit your application via the form below or by email, quoting reference BM\-BD\-2026 in the subject line, to: \.
