We are looking for a management controller who wishes to grow with us and our clients in a demanding, trusting, and close-knit environment. If you possess a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the desire to make a difference, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Support the organization and analysis of KPIs; * Collaborate in preparing dashboards and management support reports; * Support internal audit processes; * Assist with internal control tasks and documentary compliance verification. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field * Prior experience in accounting, preferably in an accounting firm (preferred) * Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel * Knowledge of accounting software (preferred) * Empathy in client-facing interactions and social sensitivity * Good command of English or another foreign language At SIMPLIFIK, we don’t just deal with numbers—we deal with people.
