We are currently recruiting a **Laboratory Technician (m/f)** to join our team. **The Role** Conducting laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products, Performing quality control according to standards and internal specifications, Managing and organizing prototypes and samples, ensuring their proper registration, control, and tracking throughout the process, Preparing test reports, Recording results and data in the ERP system, Critically analyzing results and supporting the identification of non-conformities, Collaborating on continuous improvement of laboratory processes, Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. **Candidate Profile** Technical education in Chemistry, Materials, or related field, Laboratory experience (industrial context preferred), Knowledge of quality control, Proficiency in computer tools / ERP systems, Accuracy, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility, Analytical ability and critical thinking, Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team. **We Value** Professional experience in quality-related roles, Attention to detail and methodical approach to testing, Organizational capability and adherence to procedures. **We Offer** Appropriate remuneration commensurate with the role.
