Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets in the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** * Perform periodic inspections of electrical installations, plumbing, climate control, and mechanical equipment. * Carry out necessary repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces. * Pool maintenance * Manage maintenance of specific equipment such as elevators, boilers, and alarm systems. **Incident support:** * Resolve technical issues reported by staff or guests. * Respond quickly in emergencies such as power outages, water leaks, or air conditioning failures. **Project collaboration:** * Participate in renovations, refurbishments, or infrastructure improvements. * Coordinate with external vendors for specific repairs when necessary. **Material management:** * Maintain inventory control of maintenance tools and supplies. * Request restocking of supplies from the appropriate department. **Legal compliance:** * Ensure all activities comply with legal regulations and safety standards.
