Purpose * The Contract Manager provides Contract Management support and execution for less complex projects or support Project or Senior CMs for Major projects or for the Group Contract Management department. Responsibilities * You manage Main Contracts. * You manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements. * You monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements, expedite disciplines where necessary, and highlight potential areas of concern. * You ensure commercial and contractual awareness across the Project Team throughout the life of the project. * You achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings, including clear record\-keeping and regular commercial reporting. * You provide Contract Feedback during the life of the project. * You ensure Guarantee period management. Education * Degree or MBA in one of the following disciplines (Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying). Experience * 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management including EPCI, subcontract management. * Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, in executing contract negotiation. * Experience of project execution interface.
