B\-Simple is growing, and we are looking for a Tech Lead to join one of our Development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and reviewing system architecture, making strategic technical decisions, ensuring code quality, guiding and developing professionals, solving technical challenges, and collaborating in planning and managing the development lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** * Actively participate, together with the architecture team, in defining and reviewing system architecture; * Assist the team in making technical decisions, defining the best development approach for each task; * Collaborate with the architecture team in establishing best practices for software development; * Actively participate in PR reviews to ensure code quality, providing constructive feedback to all team members; * Evaluate the team's technical performance together with the development lead; * Provide technical guidance to team members, with special attention to more junior members, sharing knowledge and experience; * Proactively identify potential technical issues and participate in their resolution; * Identify and implement improvements in code and implemented architecture; **Minimum Requirements for the Role:** * Higher education degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields; * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a developer; * Previous experience in technical leadership or technical responsibility roles is an advantage; * Proficiency in languages such as *c\#,* *sql* and *typescript*; * Experience with *.net core*, *angular* and relational databases; * Knowledge of software architecture and system design; * Experience with *microservices* and/or *microfrontends* architectures; * Ability to lead agile initiatives and influence the adoption of development best practices; * Proven experience using version control systems, especially *Git;* * Experience in code review (*Pull Requests*) and ability to provide constructive feedback; * Ease and interest in collaborating with other team members, promoting technical and professional development. **What we offer:** * Stable and competitive employment contract * Opportunity to work in a dynamic team and innovative projects. * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous development and professional growth.
