The candidate will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing highly relevant international projects. Responsibilities of the Structural Designer: \* Project Development: Collaborate closely with department engineers to translate engineering solutions into technical drawings, ensuring consistency across various disciplines. \* Training and Development: Work together with the mechanical engineering and HR teams to define training plans aimed at continuous development of technical, technological, and soft skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication. \* Quality and Compliance: Ensure quality control of projects and proper organization and storage of information.
