




**Mission:** Achieve digital product and sales objectives, nationally and internationally, across channels and devices for Parfois product categories. **Responsibilities:** Ensure the online channel has the right and necessary products to achieve the company's defined business objectives; Manage commercial calendars and sales peaks, ensuring alignment between product, stock, communication, and visual presentation; Monitor fashion trends and proactively communicate with the product department, anticipating specific online channel needs and gaps; Ensure optimal performance of hygiene factors related to category conversion, such as stock availability and site content, aiming to optimize conversion and sales; Define commercial strategies in alignment with Brand, Purchasing, Studio, and Sales teams; Ensure appropriate stock rotations to maximize efficiency, guarantee adequate availability, and reduce leftovers; Assist in building commercial reports to monitor sales, returns, and stock turnover, enabling data-driven decision-making. Implement sorting and catalog actions. **Profile:** Passion for fashion, products, and trends; Higher education (preferable); Experience in E\-Commerce and Merchandising management; Experience and interest in sales; Good knowledge of English (mandatory); Spanish language skills are a plus; Dynamism and proactivity; Strong focus on goals and results; Confidence, energy, and enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
