Renting a suite in Leça da Palmeira, with or without utilities included. Couples are not accepted. Neither children nor pets are allowed. Only one person may rent. A lease agreement will be signed, subject to a minimum tenancy period of one year, as stipulated by law. Upon move-in, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. This deposit will either be deducted from the final rent payment or refunded, provided the room has not sustained any damage. Immediate occupancy available. Apartment facing the sea, including bed linen, sheets, and towels. Quiet environment. Excellent area for living. Public transportation available right at the building entrance. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. Located 1.5 km from Mar Shopping. Viewings are limited. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to stay in the room. Smokers are not accepted. Access includes the room, kitchen, and office. Weekly room cleaning is available upon request (optional). Shared, fully equipped kitchen. Rent: €400 (utilities excluded) or €500 (utilities included).
