Perfect for international students on short stays, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Bookings are flexible: you may rent for 5 months (September–January or February–June) or 10 months (September–June).

 

 

For added comfort, an oil heater is provided. At the time of booking, tenants must pay the final month’s rent plus a deposit, which will be refunded upon contract completion.

 

 

Electricity and water bills are included up to €20 per room/month. Overnight guest stays are permitted for an additional fee of €10 per night.
