SC Fitness is looking for a Project Manager - Civil Engineering (Expansion \& Renovation) to join its Engineering team (Maia). The main responsibility of this role will be to manage and coordinate all phases of the Element \& Solinca gym expansion and renovation projects, from design through to final handover, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, quality, and legal requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** **Planning and Coordination** * Develop and manage project and construction schedules. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, inspection, contractors). * Ensure integration and compatibility of technical designs. **Construction Monitoring** * Supervise on-site construction work, ensuring compliance with design plans and technical specifications. * Conduct regular site visits and report on progress. * Manage on-site changes and propose technical solutions. **Stakeholder Management** * Communicate with suppliers, contractors, licensing authorities, and internal teams. * Ensure obtaining necessary permits and authorizations. * Represent the company in technical and construction meetings. **Cost and Quality Control** * Manage budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. * Validate measurements, invoices, and measurement records. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Documentation and Reporting** * Prepare progress, risk, and deviation reports. * Ensure proper organization and archiving of technical project documentation. * Support the preparation of tender documents and bidding processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in project and construction management. * Knowledge of applicable legislation (licensing, safety, etc.). * Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. **We Value:** * Experience in engineering projects. * Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency in buildings. * Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. * Availability for national travel.
