JOB PURPOSE The purpose of this internship is to support the L\&D team in the design, development, and delivery of early careers and organizational learning initiatives. The intern will contribute to the creation of engagement content, coordination of virtual events, and management of communication channels. RESPONSABILITIES The intern will be involved in the design and development of the following: **Early careers programmes:** * Create engagement approach and plan; * Maintain communication channels and respond to questions; * Co\-ordination of activities and virtual events. **Organisational learning:** * Creating posts and engagement content to support learners; * Identify learning content from LinkedIn Learning ; * Evaluation and reporting. The intern will also assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed.
