Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and attentive professional to join our team, responsible for table and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction and space organization. Professional appearance and good communication Job Details: Main Responsibilities: \- Deliver efficient and high-quality service; \- Maintain an attentive and helpful attitude toward customers, treating them courteously; \- Stay informed about dish and menu compositions; \- Ensure proper arrangement, maintenance, and cleaning of all materials, equipment, and utensils under the section's responsibility; \- Prepare, arrange, and clean sideboards and workstations; \- Perform table mise en place according to defined standards; \- Assist in buffet table setup and ensure prompt replenishment of dishes; \- Provide full table service, from tray transport to dish clearing; \- Take and record customer orders; \- Provide full beverage service. Key Competencies: \- Basic knowledge of the English language; \- Strong oral expression and enthusiasm for public interaction; \- Dynamism and ability to work effectively in a team; \- Attention to detail and concentration skills; \- Professional personal appearance.
