I am an entrepreneur with demanding and often extended working hours, mother of two school-aged children, 6 and 9, with shared custody (but they tend to spend more time with me). I am looking for one person to become the pillar of our household: responsible, discreet, and stable, who wishes to stay with us for a long time. Role Full house management + daily support in my children’s routines (school, activities, meals, homework, and holidays). We have 2 cats. This is not a temporary or occasional role – it is a key position within the family life. Main responsibilities: House management (high standard expected) Deep cleaning and flawless daily maintenance of all rooms. Careful tidying (no 'chaotic corners'), visually organized home. Regular sanitization of bathrooms and kitchen. Organization of pantry, refrigerator, and cabinets. Laundry, uniforms, and washing Wash, hang, iron, and store family clothes. Special care for children's uniforms and equipment (school, sports) and work clothes. Cooking and serving skills Prepare a daily lunch at home for one child (and occasionally for the other). Prepare/simple dinners in advance, healthy and homemade. Know how to serve at the table with good presentation and etiquette. Children's routines (school, activities, studies) Pick up and take children to school and activities, respecting schedules. Receive them at home, prepare snacks, assist with bathing if needed. Support with homework: ensure tasks are completed, reviewed, and that backpacks and uniforms are ready. Maintain established rules (screen time, schedules, tidiness) calmly but firmly. School holidays and free time Accompany and entertain children during holidays, avoiding full days in front of screens. Suggest simple activities (games, short walks, reading, etc.), maintaining some routine. Logistics and errands Small shopping trips (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy) when necessary. Receive deliveries and put items away. Anticipate household needs and communicate them. Working hours and availability Full-time work from Monday to Friday, working until 7:30/8:00 PM (start time negotiable, preferably 10:00 or 10:30 AM), including time slots for school/activities. Flexibility to occasionally leave later when I have meetings or unforeseen events. Possibility of staying overnight on specific occasions (travel, emergency, etc.), always pre-arranged. Profile I am looking for (please read carefully) Proven experience as a domestic employee/nanny in family homes with school-aged children. Long-term positions in previous households (ideally 3–5 years or more in the same place). Written and verifiable references. Mature person, emotionally balanced, with good communication skills and appropriate language. Genuine affection for children, able to be caring while maintaining discipline and boundaries. Organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys seeing the house perfectly maintained. Punctuality and almost no absences – reliability is essential for this role. Complete discretion: private family matters, shared custody issues, or internal conversations must never be shared with third parties. Ideally without babies or young children of your own, or with grown children, to ensure schedule stability. Preferably non-smoker. Driver's license is an advantage.
