Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure end-to-end project supervision—from preparation through to installation—while coordinating departments and resolving operational issues. Simultaneous management of multiple projects and on-site construction monitoring Job Mission Ensure comprehensive project supervision from the preparation phase through to on-site installation, guaranteeing adherence to defined deadlines, inter-departmental coordination, and timely resolution of operational issues. \_\_\_\_\_\_ Main Responsibilities Planning & Operational Control * Develop and update project plans. * Monitor progress of each construction site. * Track achievement of key milestones for each project. * Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective actions. * Prepare and facilitate weekly progress review meetings. * Issue progress and status reports for construction sites. Site Operations * Supervise ongoing installations and fieldwork. * Ensure control and closure of outstanding items at construction sites. * Coordinate material shortages and urgent supply requirements. * Resolve technical and operational issues in collaboration with internal departments. * Support installation teams in overcoming on-site constraints. * Monitor project status until final completion. * Ensure accurate information flow among site operations, production, logistics, and project management. \_\_\_\_\_\_ Required Profile Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in glazing, façades, or structural steel construction. * Experience in construction planning and site supervision. * Familiarity with MS Project. * Experience with construction management platforms. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Salary: €1,300.00 – €2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
