Responsibilities: \- Contacting potential clients to present, promote, and offer our services; \- Managing and following up with clients; \- Contacting existing clients to offer campaigns, promotions, and service upgrades; \- Performing administrative support tasks (BackOffice); \- Providing telephone and in-person customer service; \- Adhering to internal procedures; \- Continuously improving service levels in client management quality; Profile: \- Dynamism, initiative, punctuality, and responsibility; \- Valid driver's license (mandatory); \- Mandatory language proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written); \- Language proficiency in English (spoken and written); \- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities; \- Interest in the commercial field and objective-based work; \- Good working knowledge of MS Office; \- Enjoyment of teamwork and direct client interaction; \- Organizational skills, empathy, and sense of responsibility; We Offer: \- Competitive salary commensurate with the role; \- Integration into an innovative project and a dynamic team; \- Opportunity for career progression.
