Role: We are strengthening our team with a Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee industrial and oil \& gas construction projects on site. This professional will be responsible for supervising the execution of civil works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and established deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate a team of civil construction supervisors; * Monitor and supervise civil construction activities on site (earthworks, foundations, structures, reinforced concrete, infrastructure, among others); * Verify compliance with project designs, specifications, and applicable technical standards; * Coordinate contractor and subcontractor teams, ensuring smooth progress of work; * Support interface management with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.); * Monitor project progress, report deviations, and assist in defining corrective actions; * Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Required Profile: * Technical or higher education in Civil Engineering or related field; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision roles, preferably in oil \& gas or large-scale industrial projects; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; * Strong organizational, leadership, and proactive skills in a construction environment; * Knowledge of applicable safety and quality standards; * Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
