Your role will be crucial to the success of this new business initiative.** The primary focus is direct interaction and closing sales at our *booth*: * Proactively attract customers and visitors to our service comparison *booth*. * Present the value proposition of ComparaJá and how we help consumers save money. * Route and manage customers interested in services to the respective internal departments (e.g., Credit, Insurance, etc.). * Conduct energy bill simulations, collect required documentation, and finalize sales (excluding cases where legal text is mandatory). * Deliver dynamic and engaging activities with the public at the *booth*. ### **Profile and Competencies We Are Seeking** We value attitude and a results-oriented mindset: * Proactivity and strong aptitude for face-to-face outreach and sales. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to instantly build empathy. * Resilience and a goal- and target-driven approach to sales. * Emotional intelligence in managing interactions with the public.
