FUNCTION: \- Ensure technical execution of construction works in accordance with diverse project specifications; \- Ensure efficient allocation and management of human and material resources to construction sites; \- Perform economic/financial management of construction projects. PROFILE: \- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (not mandatory) COMPETENCIES: \- Knowledge of HVAC systems \- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and deadline adherence; negotiation and communication skills; \- Planning and management of construction projects; \- Stress management; \- Willingness to travel.
