A growing company in the high-end watch sector Steelux, a leading company in the manufacturing of metal watch bracelets for high-end watches, seeks to strengthen its Braga facility team as part of its growth and development strategy by recruiting a: **Production Operator (M/F)** **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and assemble metal components for high-end watches; * Identify non-conformities and their technical causes, defining and implementing appropriate corrective actions; * Monitor completed work and record results according to current control documents; * Package the final product, ensuring compliance with quality standards; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization according to the 5S methodology; * Perform first-level equipment maintenance and report any technical incidents; * Inform the immediate supervisor of any anomalies or difficulties identified; * Actively contribute to continuous process improvement, optimizing productivity and quality. **Skills and Qualifications** * Professional experience in an industrial environment (preferred); * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Rigorous and methodical (good time management skills); * Good manual dexterity and attention to detail; * Motivated, energetic, and curious; * Immediate availability. **What We Offer** * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Initial and ongoing training, with support for integration into the role; * Job stability and real opportunities for professional advancement within a growing company.
