Teamwork and attention to detail BSA \- Business Solutions for All, a Human Resources specialist company, is recruiting for integration into a prestigious client: **Carpentry Supervisor (m/f)** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Team coordination, organization, and work optimization; * Daily activity coordination according to the weekly production plan; * Technical drawing analysis; * Management of manufacturing, assembly, and quality of wooden structures, furniture, and other products as required; * Safe and efficient operation and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment; * Ensuring quality and accuracy of work performed, following established standards and procedures; * Managing and collaborating with other team members to complete projects within stipulated deadlines and budgets; * Other tasks inherent to the role. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience of at least 5 years as Team/Department Supervisor in carpentry; * Knowledge of team management and work planning; * Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work plans; * In-depth knowledge of carpentry materials, assembly techniques, and finishing methods; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail; * Good planning and organizational skills; * Responsibility, autonomy, organization, proactivity, and versatility; * Residence within 15 km of the Negreiros area; * Personal transportation; * Immediate availability. **WE OFFER** * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience \+ Meal Allowance; * Direct integration with the client; * Employment contract.
