Job Summary: The Sales Assistant will be responsible for presenting, demonstrating, and selling products; providing personalized customer service and after-sales follow-up; and performing store operational tasks and commercial performance analyses. Commercial performance analysis and customer feedback Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection company specializing in temporary staffing, training, and outsourcing — currently experiencing significant growth within its industry and operating in the field of comprehensive human resources management — is recruiting a Sales Assistant (m/f) in Guimarães: Responsibilities: - Present, demonstrate, and sell products to customers (heated tobacco); - Provide personalized customer service and after-sales follow-up; - Perform store operational tasks according to internal procedures, including inventory management, cash register opening and closing, pre-opening and post-closing activities, product returns, and work plans; - Conduct analyses of commercial performance, conversion rates, customer feedback, and other market indicators. Requirements: - Minimum academic qualification: secondary education; higher education preferred; - Training in consultative sales techniques and/or customer service; - Prior experience in sales or product promotion at point-of-sale locations; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Resilience and results orientation; - Dynamism, proactivity, and willingness to learn; - Immediate availability; Working Hours: - 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
