**About the job**
The AML L2 Officer performs an initial review of alerts escalated by AML L1, followed by more in\-depth investigations for alerts that warrant an in\-depth investigation. AML L2 Officers can make a decision either to close a case (subject to a 4\-eyes review) or escalate to AML L3 Local Compliance Teams those cases which may warrant the filing of Suspicious Activity Reports or in any case indicate conduct which appears to sit outside the Group’s risk appetite.
**Your main activities are**
* Deliver a timely and efficient investigation of alerts escalated by AML L1 by ensuring alerts are correctly prioritised by order of date or risk category and by handling the alerts efficiently, working effectively with internal stakeholders to obtain all relevant information.
* Conduct diligent desktop research to assess relevant data for each alert which will often include KYC, payment details, account activity, clients’ counterparts’ business activity, records of counterparts’ owners and directors, location and choice of payment vehicle.
* Write and think clearly and succinctly to produce cogent and incisive investigation reports. The investigation reports should allow the reader to understand the logic of the investigator’s assessment of risks, the conclusions to close or escalate the case and to easily link the investigators’ findings to the evidence collated by the investigator.

We are seeking a methodical and risk\-aware ITSM Change Manager to lead and govern the Change Management process across our technology landscape. In this role, you will ensure all technology changes—whether infrastructure, application, or security\-related—are assessed, approved, and implemented in a controlled and compliant manner, minimizing disruption to critical financial systems.
Working within a mature ITIL\-aligned ITSM framework, the Change Manager will collaborate across cross\-functional teams, including DevOps, infrastructure, application support, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders. Your focus will be on stability, audit readiness, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement of the change process.
What you will do:
Change Management Ownership:* Manage the end\-to\-end Change Management process in line with ITIL v4 principles and internal governance standards.
* Ensure all Requests for Change (RFCs) are properly documented, risk\-assessed, tested, scheduled, and reviewed.
* Facilitate and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings, engaging stakeholders across IT and business functions.

* Track and report on change KPIs (e.g., success/failure rates, emergency changes, scheduling conflicts, and risk trends).

* Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to change control, and contribute to audit readiness and operational resilience frameworks.
Continuous Improvement:* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline change handling, reduce lead times, and improve success rates.
* Promote the use of automation and DevOps\-aligned practices (e.g., change pipelines, CI/CD controls) without compromising governance.
* Provide regular training and awareness to technical teams on change processes and risk controls.
Who you are:* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant industry experience.
