Your Day-to-Day (Responsibilities): Excellence in Reception: Be the first smile and point of contact for all customers entering our store or reaching us via phone and email. Team Support: Provide continuous administrative support to our real estate consultants, ensuring they lack nothing to excel in the field. Process Management: Handle documentation, organize property-related processes, and rigorously enter data into the computer system (CRM). Space Management: Ensure the store environment remains consistently organized, professional, and welcoming for both team members and customers. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): Strong emotional intelligence and empathy to interact effectively with diverse personalities and help maintain high team motivation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High sense of responsibility, organizational ability, and time management.
