You will work on essential services that process data in real time and help deliver smarter assessments worldwide. You will primarily work with .NET, designing APIs, building distributed services, and ensuring performance, security, and resilience at scale. Expect to interact with both technical and non-technical members in an environment where your ideas are heard and valued. **What Makes You the Ideal Candidate** * Over 2 years of experience designing and building backend systems using .NET (C\#). * Must be a resident of Portugal. * Deep understanding of API architecture, distributed systems, and modern backend patterns such as microservices and event-driven design. * Proven experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimizing data flows at scale. * Solid experience in native cloud development (preferably Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD automation and observability. * Ability to write reliable, testable code and implement robust automated testing practices. * Capability to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and influence architectural decisions. * Pragmatism in problem-solving, valuing scalability, maintainability, and long-term impact over quick fixes. * Adaptability and composure under pressure, ability to lead through change and uncertainty.
