Role: Telephone contact with companies (B2B) Customer qualification and presentation of energy solutions (Axpo and others) Scheduling meetings or sending proposals Recording contacts in the CRM Customer follow-up until closure (with support from the senior team) Schedule: Part-time, flexible: morning, afternoon, or after working hours 15 to 25 hours per week, depending on availability On-site or remote work (depending on profile) We offer: Base salary + commissions (no upper limit) Weekly performance bonuses Initial and ongoing training in the energy sector Opportunity to progress to full-time or TEAM LEADER roles Integration into a focused, experienced, and results-oriented team We are looking for someone with: Excellent telephone communication skills and friendliness Interest in sales and customer interaction Organization and responsibility Ambition and focus on goals Sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
