Collaboration in organizing activities and maintaining environments The Direct Action Assistant must provide direct support to users—such as the elderly or individuals with specific needs—in their daily routines, hygiene, meals, and social or leisure companionship. Responsibilities include ensuring user well-being, encouraging autonomy, assisting with mobility, and collaborating in organizing activities and maintaining environments. Responsibilities: * Support and ensure regular meals for users; * Provide hygiene and comfort care to users and collaborate in delivering such care; * Conduct daytime and/or nighttime supervision of users, guiding, assisting, and motivating them according to their interests and motivations, while participating in leisure-time activities; * Collect and maintain tools and equipment used in service delivery; * Report relevant incidents related to performed duties to the institution, including coordination with the technical team, conveying pertinent information about services rendered, and flagging abnormal situations concerning users; * Drive the institution's vehicles.
