Are you in? **Your Role** Key responsibilities in your new role As a Human Resources Business Partner Trainee, you will support the HR Business Partner team in their daily tasks throughout the employee life cycle. In your new role, you will * **Employee Lifecycle**: Support the different phases of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, people development, training/workshop coordination by partnering with other counterparts in HR * **Events Organization**: Assist with internal events organization (workshops, trainings, onboarding sessions, etc.) * **Process documentation**: Support process documentation, creating and updating internal documents * **HR Programs \& Policy Deployment**: Support the deployment of global and local HR policies such as people development, compensation, organizational development, etc. * **Employer Branding**: Be an Infineon ambassador by promoting and developing the Infineon culture **Your Profile** Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are a dynamic person, able to adapt to different environments and stakeholders and manage different tasks at the same time. You are a good communicator, with a positive and flexible working attitude.
