Team coordination and collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and contractors. Ability to monitor and develop projects in all phases: Preliminary Study, Basic Design, Licensing, Construction Design, Quantity Surveying, and Construction Supervision. Rigorous preparation of drawing documents, written documents, specifications, quantity surveys, and 3D models. Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, proactivity, organization, and teamwork. Ability to present and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Production of precise and efficient 2D and 3D drawings. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and information management tools. Intermediate English. Active registration with the Portuguese Order of Architects.
