Key Responsibilities: * Customer Order Management: Placing and managing customer orders (focused on consigned materials for application in clients' construction projects) directly via the client’s platform (using SAP and other systems); * Supplier Management: Issuing and tracking supplier orders; * Stock Control: Rigorous analysis of internal stock and subcontractor stock (monitoring excess stock and calculating coverage rates); * Inventories: Supporting inventory processes, analyzing variances, and preparing justifications; * Collaboration in various other activities related to optimizing logistics management. Profile * Strong communication skills; * Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction with B2B clients and suppliers; * High degree of organization, accuracy, and autonomy. Requirements * Advanced Excel: Solid proficiency in calculation and data analysis tools (mandatory requirement); * Prior experience with SAP (preferred); * Knowledge of the PHC ERP system (preferred); * Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI (preferred).
