Responsibilities: Manage team workflow by assigning tasks and responsibilities; Manage beverage stock and other supplies; Conduct inventory checks; Ensure adherence to established quality standards; Guarantee excellence in service and customer care; Promote continuous improvement of team performance; Requirements: Minimum three consecutive years of proven professional experience in the role; Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations; Familiarity with management software Cocon; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Leadership and team management capabilities; We offer: Employment contract with two days off per week; Opportunities for career growth within the organization;
