We are seeking a **Training Technician (m/f)** to join the ISQ Academy Directorate of the Institute of Welding and Quality, in Oeiras or Grijó. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support training activities; * Implement, manage, and evaluate training programs and initiatives; * Support trainees and trainers throughout the training process; * Monitor training quality and satisfaction; * Organize Technical-Pedagogical Dossiers; * Ensure implementation and maintenance of Quality, Environment, and Safety Management Systems. **Qualifications:** * 12th grade completed, with relevant experience in training, or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or Education Sciences; * Professional experience in training management; * User-level computer skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Availability to work from Wednesday to Saturday, 11:00–20:00, and Saturdays from 08:30–17:30; days off: Tuesday and Sunday. **Workplace:** Oeiras or Grijó If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the required qualifications, please submit your application via **APPLY NOW**, or visit the **ISQ Opportunities** page.
