Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team OutSystems Tech Lead Country: Portugal We are recruiting an *OutSystems Tech Lead* responsible for coordinating the development team: **Responsibilities** * Lead the team in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions; * Define scalable and sustainable solution architectures; * Collaborate with *stakeholders* to understand requirements and translate them into viable and effective technical solutions; * Ensure code quality, application performance, and scalability of developed applications; * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members in defining and implementing technical solutions; * Identify risks and develop contingency plans; * Stay up-to-date with technological trends and apply this knowledge to decision-making. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; * OutSystems development experience (minimum 5 years); * Prior team management experience; * Knowledge of software architecture (cloud, on-premises, microservices); * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as programming languages such as C\#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus; * Fluency in English (written and spoken); * French and Spanish language skills are valued; * OutSystems certifications are valued. * Proactivity and initiative; * Analytical and organizational skills; * Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities; * Proactive attitude toward managing risks inherent in daily activities. **\#LI\-Hybrid
