We have an excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate Personal Trainer who possesses expertise and professionalism in health and physical conditioning, and who can represent Elite Place by providing advice and support to our members. As an instructor, you will be present at the club, assisting our members, answering any questions, supporting club operations, and ensuring our offering exceeds member expectations. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be capable of handling difficult conversations, and manage any negative feedback proactively with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Throughout your time as a Personal Trainer at Elite Place, you will receive our internal training to grow alongside us in the ever-evolving fitness industry. Our PT Manager will work with you to become an Elite Place Personal Trainer. the hierarchy to become a Personal Trainer. About You: You are a qualified PT with some experience in clubs. You understand the importance of our members’ experience and have the ambition to develop into the best Personal Trainer you can be. You are motivated and committed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, available to work from 06:30 to 22:00 and on weekends. More specifically: Experience in a club environment and in customer service roles. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a clear focus on delivering a first-class experience to members. Passionate about self-development and eager to learn.
