What you will do. A glimpse in your role: We are looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented professional to support our IT Finance Manager in delivering accurate, timely, and efficient financial and procurement operations for the technology organization. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across IT, Procurement, and Finance functions in a dynamic, multinational environment. Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if: Procurement \& Purchase Order Management* Manage the end\-to\-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle * Ensure accuracy and compliance in PO and invoice processes * Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices Project Portfolio Support* Assist with setup and financial tracking of projects in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system * Support project managers with accurate financial monitoring Vendor and Contract Management* Maintain a centralized contract database for all IT vendors * Monitor contract renewals and support negotiation and documentation processes * Ensure audit\-ready documentation for compliance Audit and Compliance* Contribute to audit readiness and implementation of compliance controls * Assist during internal and external audit processes related to IT financials Reporting and Analysis* Develop ad hoc financial and procurement reports * Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost\-saving opportunities Key competencies to empower your journey.
