The team is organized by areas of specialization and activity, enabling each professional to grow and develop their competencies while simultaneously sharing experiences across the entire group. **As a Controller, your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing monthly reporting related to performance and results analysis; * Preparing monthly and annual forecasts; * Preparing the annual budget; * Monitoring margins and conducting recurring cost analyses; * Supporting the preparation of business plans and evaluations; * Critically monitoring all processes with a view to continuous improvement. **About You** -------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting; * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles; * Solid knowledge of the PHC ERP system and advanced Excel skills; * Strong ability to adapt to different contexts; * Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as organizational and planning abilities; * Proactive personality with initiative, interpersonal relationship skills, and ability to work in a team; * English (intermediate level of expression and comprehension) and/or Spanish (intermediate level of expression and comprehension). **Competencies** --------------- finance controller Finance **Our Commitment** -------------------- At Cegid, the **diversity of our talents** is a strength we value, recruiting based on your **skills** and your **potential** to learn and grow alongside us.
