




Job Summary: SILSA is seeking a Purchasing Administrator for its textile accessories department, responsible for ensuring the planning, monitoring, and control of materials and related processes. Delivery deadline monitoring and incident resolution SILSA currently has an active recruitment process for a Purchasing Administrator to join our textile accessories department. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the planning, monitoring, and control of materials and processes associated with orders and production. **Responsibilities:** Support in managing and tracking orders placed with suppliers; Direct contact with suppliers; Stock verification and warehouse inbound entry recording; Develop manufacturing plans for items in production/services; Data entry and system updates; Delivery deadline monitoring and incident resolution; Documentation organization and archiving; Invoice verification and analysis of supplier costs and quotations; **Requirements:** \- Minimum education level: 12th grade (preferably in administrative or related fields) \- Prior experience in purchasing accessories within the textile sector (preferred) \- Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools \- English language skills (preferred) \- Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented abilities \- Team spirit and proactivity Interested candidates should send their CV to the e\-mail: rh@silsa.pt with the reference: Silsa Purchasing Administrator or visit our premises (Rua da Estrada, nº 915 \- Abade do Neiva – Barcelos) Work location: On-site
