MEO-locked Wi-Fi Router

MEO Wi-Fi router. I bought it here on OLX; it was sealed and labeled as unlocked, but it turns out it is locked to MEO, while my network is NOS. I am selling it or willing to exchange it for a NOS router or an unlocked one in the same condition as mine.
