RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and supervise the production process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Manage teams and promote a safe and collaborative work environment. * Implement continuous improvement and process optimization practices (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). * Control operational costs and propose investments in technology and equipment. * Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics departments. REQUIRED PROFILE: * Higher education degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or similar field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production management roles within the metalworking industry. * Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes (machining, welding, cutting, assembly). * Proficiency in planning and management tools (ERP, Excel, Lean). * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and results orientation.
