Main Responsibilities: * Provide overall manufacturing engineer support to the Value Steam * Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements * Coordinate with the Quality and Operations department to design and implement standard work and inspection methods and documents * Participate in manufacturing reviews for new products/processes introductions or redesigns Support developing staff skills with focus on organizational flexibility to support processing, standard rates, manufacturing expertise and problem solving * Required Profile: * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Engineering and Industrial Management * Experience between 4 to 6 years in similar functions * Lean/Six Sigma skills * Proven track record of participating on successful capital/innovation projects * Knowledge in SAP * Good command of the English language (mandatory) * Integrity, resilience, proactivity and initiative skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem\-solving ability * Benefits: * Weekly working hours of 35 hours * Health insurance * Life insurance * Pension Plan * Continuous training * Integration in a multinational company
