We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling \& performance who wants to begin this adventure with us. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Executive Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for the Founder \& CEO, managing high\-level communications, inboxes, and meeting requests with discretion and professionalism * **Project \& Ops Management:** Drive coordination of cross\-functional projects — tracking milestones, following up on deliverables, and keeping things moving behind the scenes * **Market Analysis:** Keep up with local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads, develop and implement creative marketing channels, including social media channels, work within current business strategies, and recognize potential opportunities. * **Strategic \& Analytical Support:** Conduct research, draft briefs, and create reports that inform executive decision\-making and support strategic initiatives * **Travel \& Logistics:** Plan and manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, visas, accommodations, and local coordination **REQUIREMENTS** **Technical Skills \& Qualifications** * 3\+ years of experience in a similar role * Comfortable working with multiple projects and navigating multi\-time\-zone scheduling * Tech\-savvy, with a strong instinct for automating, optimizing, and simplifying processes * Mastery of English — both written and spoken (mandatory; only applications in English will be considered) * Proficiency with G\-Suite (Calendar, Docs, Slides), Excel, and Project Management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack) * Knowledge of Portuguese \- written/spoken **People skills \& traits** * Resourcefulness, adaptability, and flexibility * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Outstanding communication skills, in all forms * Ability to multitask and take initiative * High level of confidentiality and professionalism * Positive can\-do attitude **WHAT WE OFFER** * The chance to become the right arm of our Founder \& CEO, and have a meaningful and positive impact on the development of current and future projects * Flexibility \- in schedule, work location, benefits * Compensation to be scaled as the project grows * A fast\-paced and fun work environment with never\-boring projects * Great network opportunities **WHO WE ARE** Although we prefer to keep this information private for now, our Founder \& CEO is recognized as a world\-class talent in his field.
