What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a determined and passionate professional in the energy sector, with proven leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for: Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in the daily management of operations and leading a dedicated team; Detailed analysis of commercial indicators (continuous monitoring and performance analysis of sales) – identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and results; Ensure the implementation of effective strategies to achieve team sales targets; Support team training and development; Actively participate in the definition and implementation of sales strategies and performance goals; Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve our processes and provide innovative solutions to customers. Conduct sales and meet commercial objectives; Ability to develop sales competencies within the team; Ability to give and receive feedback; Conflict management and resilience skills. Requirements: Mindset focused on success and results; Previous experience in managing sales teams; Previous sales experience (mandatory); Previous experience in the energy sector (preferable); Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate teams and achieve results; Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences; Results-driven with focus on achieving established goals and targets; Basic knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency (preferable); Minimum mandatory education: Completed 12th grade.
