Conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience **Store Coordinator (Bakeries) – Head Office and Stores in Póvoa de Varzim and Vila do Conde** We are looking for a Store Coordinator to supervise and support the operations of our 4 bakeries. **Responsibilities:** * Support and guide store managers on a daily basis; * Ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives; * Supervise standards of customer service, quality, and organization; * Assist in team management, scheduling, and problem resolution; * Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements; * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience in store management (preferably in the food/retail sector); * Leadership and communication skills; * Organizational ability and results orientation; * Proactive mindset and problem-solving capability; * Availability to travel between stores. **We Offer:** * Integration into a growing project; * Autonomy and responsibility in the role; * Conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience.
